ὠμοτάριχον δέ τινα κέκληκεν Ἄλεξις ἐν Ἀπεγλαυκωμένῳ. δʼ αὐτὸς ποιητὴς ἐν Πονήρᾳ περὶ σκευασίας ταρίχων μάγειρόν τινα παράγει λέγοντα τάδε· ὅμως λογίσασθαι πρὸς ἐμαυτὸν βούλομαι καθεζόμενος ἐνταῦθα τὴν ὀψωνίαν, ὁμοῦ τε συντάξαι τί πρῶτον οἰστέον ἡδυντέον τε πῶς ἕκαστόν ἐστί μοι. ... τάριχος πρῶτον ὡραῖον τοδί· διωβόλου τοῦτʼ ἐστί. πλυτέον εὖ μάλα. εἶτʼ εἰς λοπάδιον ὑποπάσας ἡδύσματα ἐνθεὶς τὸ τέμαχος, λευκὸν οἶνον ἐπιχέας ἐπισκεδάσας τʼ ἔλαιον εἶθʼ ἕψων ποῶ μυελὸν ἀφεῖλόν τʼ ἐπιγανώσας σιλφίῳ. ἐν δὲ Ἀπεγλαυκωμένῳ συμβολάς τις ἀπαιτούμενός φησι· παρʼ ἐμοῦ δʼ, ἐὰν μὴ καθʼ ἓν ἕκαστον πάντα δʼ ὡς, χαλκοῦ μέρος δωδέκατον οὐκ ἂν ἀπολάβοις. The syntax of the URNs follows the specification of the CITE Architecture.
